The first step is usually a free walkthrough or consultation. Sometimes that starts with a quick phone call first, just to get a sense of your home before scheduling the walkthrough. Either way, you’ll have a clear quote before anything begins.
Yes — walkthroughs and consultations are always free, and help make sure pricing is accurate and expectations are clear from the start.
Yes. I’m a solo cleaner, so you’ll have the same person in your home every visit — no rotating team, no re-explaining your preferences to someone new.

Every visit covers the kitchen, bathrooms, and living areas — disinfecting, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and a general reset of the home — plus rotating detail work like baseboards, cabinet fronts, and trim that rotates from visit to visit. The goal is a home that stays consistently cared for, not just reset each time.
Maintenance cleaning keeps an already-cared-for home consistently clean. Deep cleaning goes further — addressing buildup and detail work that ongoing maintenance visits don’t typically cover — and is often the best way to start before moving into regular maintenance service.
Yes. Deep Cleaning and Focused Deep Cleans are both available as standalone services. Many clients move into ongoing maintenance afterward, but there’s never any obligation to.
I use primarily low-tox, lower-fragrance products chosen to be effective without relying on harsh chemicals — things like Branch Basics, Sal Suds, and diluted alcohol or peroxide for disinfecting. If you have specific sensitivities or preferences, I’m always happy to talk through what works best for your home.
For most homes, I ask clients to provide their own vacuum — this helps prevent cross-contamination between homes, especially with pet hair and allergens. That said, I do have one I’m happy to bring if you’d prefer, or if yours isn’t working well. Just let me know what’s best for your space.
No. Many clients provide a key, garage code, or other entry method, and we can talk through what feels most comfortable for you.
Biweekly is the most common choice and tends to offer the best balance of cleanliness and cost. Weekly and monthly are both available depending on what your home needs.
Every home is different — pricing depends on size, layout, condition, and the type of service you’re looking for. Everything is confirmed before any work begins.
Most services — Maintenance Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, and Focused Deep Cleans — are quoted by the visit, not the hour. Organization & Clutter Support and Mother’s Helper are the exceptions, since those are more open-ended by nature.
Rescheduling is always free and always preferred — if something comes up, we’ll just find another time that keeps your regular schedule on track. Cancelling outright (rather than rescheduling) is treated differently, since that time was held specifically for your home: 48+ hours notice is 50% of the visit fee, and less notice, no-shows, or lockouts are the full fee.
