Phase 1 — Walkthrough & Personalized Proposal

An in-home walkthrough and conversation, followed by a proposal built around your actual home and how it's lived in.

Phase 2 — Initial Deep Clean

An initial deep-clean phase that brings the whole home up to a consistent standard — the foundation every future visit is built on.

Phase 3 — Recurring Maintenance Cleaning

Consistent home maintenance, with rotating detail work and a plan tailored to how your home is used.
