Once the initial detail work is done, regular visits are about keeping up with your home rather than starting over each time. Here's what a typical visit includes.
Most clients choose biweekly maintenance, while monthly maintenance is available for lighter-use homes.
What every visit includesKitchen — countertops, appliances wiped down, inside microwave, floors, and more
- Countertops, backsplash, and sink cleaned
- Stovetop and exterior of all appliances wiped down
- Inside of microwave cleaned
- Cabinet fronts lightly dusted or spot-cleaned as needed
- Light fixtures dusted
- Floors vacuumed and mopped
Bathrooms — toilet disinfected, shower & tub, sink, floors, and more
- Toilet cleaned and disinfected, inside and out
- Shower and tub cleaned
- Sink, faucet, and countertop cleaned
- Mirrors and glass surfaces cleaned
- Cabinet fronts cleaned
- Light fixtures dusted
- Floors vacuumed and mopped
Bedrooms, living areas & connecting spaces — dusting, floors, hallways & stairs, and more
- Dusting of reachable surfaces
- Floors vacuumed and mopped
- Hallways, entryways, and stairs cleaned
- Reachable cobwebs and window sills addressed
- Light resetting of surfaces
- Cabinet fronts thoroughly wiped and detailed
- Baseboards
- Trim and door frames
- Vent covers
- Interior windows, as needed
- Stovetop detailing
- Other detailed maintenance identified during the walkthrough
Targeted disinfecting is provided when appropriate.
Most homes receive whole-home maintenance every visit. Larger homes with guest rooms, bonus spaces, or rarely used offices may benefit from a personalized room rotation — we'll settle this at your walkthrough, before service begins.
In short: your home stays consistently cared for, instead of repeatedly needing another deep clean.
My pricing reflects the level of detail I bring to each visit. Some of what I include as ongoing maintenance may be considered deep cleaning elsewhere; for me, it's part of keeping a home genuinely well cared for.
Your maintenance rhythm is personalized during the walkthrough based on your home's size, occupants, pets, daily use, and how quickly buildup develops.
Biweekly Maintenance
Per visit. Smaller, lightly lived-in homes generally fall toward the lower end of the range; most family homes land toward the middle or upper end depending on how the home is lived in.
- ~1,200–1,500 sq ft, 1–2 occupants, lighter use — lower end
- ~2,200 sq ft, 3 bed, a couple of pets — middle of range
- 3,000+ sq ft, several children, multiple pets — often prices at or beyond the top of this range
Monthly Maintenance
Per visit. Lighter-use homes generally fall toward the lower end of the range; larger or higher-use homes are quoted toward the middle or upper end.
- ~1,200 sq ft, 1–2 occupants, lower traffic — lower end
- ~2,000–2,200 sq ft, a couple or small family — middle of range
- 3,000+ sq ft, lighter household use with several lower-use rooms — often prices at or beyond the top of this range, since more accumulates over a month between visits
