People sometimes ask what makes Cascadia Home Wellness different from other cleaning services in the area. The honest answer isn't the products, though those matter. It's that I don't think of what I do as a series of individual cleaning appointments. It's a system, I call it the Client Journey, built around establishing a real standard of care in your home, and keeping it there for as long as we work together.

Phase 1
Walkthrough & Personalized Proposal

An in-home walkthrough and a real conversation about your household, followed by a proposal built around your actual home.

Phase 2
Initial Deep Clean

A one-time phase that brings your home to a consistent standard, the baseline every future visit is built on.

Phase 3
Personalized Recurring Maintenance

Core cleaning throughout the included areas of your home every visit, with detailed areas maintained on an appropriate recurring rhythm.

The middle phase is the one I care most about explaining well. For years, I tried folding it into a longer first visit: stay a little later, catch up what I could, then move straight into a regular schedule. It didn't hold up. Homes carry buildup that a walkthrough doesn't always reveal, and rushing it into a couple of extra hours meant either cutting corners or running far over, which meant regular maintenance visits started out already behind before they'd even begun.

The Initial Deep Clean exists to fix that. It's a real, separate phase (sometimes one visit, sometimes a few, depending on the home) that brings everything up to the standard I'll actually be maintaining afterward. Once that baseline is set, the detail work in your regular visits stays routine maintenance, instead of quietly turning into a small restoration project every time it comes up in the rhythm.

That's the whole idea behind the Client Journey: not one clean, and not a repeated checklist, but a standard that gets established once and then genuinely maintained.
